Yes, the idea of Zionism (why they wanted to create a Jewish State, instead of fighting antisemitism for civil rights at home) is to emancipate Jews from the "Gentile laws", as Yeshiyahu Leibowitz defined Zionism. Zionist Jews hold that non-Jews must not be allowed to tell Jews (Zionists) what to do and what laws to obey. Antisemitism to Zionist Jews means the international law and morality. Zionists act like this partly on purpose, to provoke a backlash - so they can claim being victims and recruit more supporters.
