The axis of resistance has not been "seriously weakened" because Israelis never even had such objective as to target the resistance. They only have an objective to grab the land, and they do the same in the West Bank: the objective is the Final Solution a la Kahane and "all land is ours", as they say. This is a genocide machine that targets only defenseless people - and runs away from the battle. Cowardly, greedy, sadist, sky-high supremacist so even KKK looks like school children in comparison. The Resistance fights against Zionism - but Zionism is not an honest force. Zionist tactics are terrorism: target the civilian population, especially children, to force Palestinians to agree to disappear. It is not even about driving them out, because obviously nobody can run away or leave Gaza, people are trapped and are being simply exterminated. However Israel, instead of engaging with the Resistance, turns to killing civilians as many as they can - and destroying all human heritage and civilization in Gaza and West Bank. Yes, only a superior firepower can stop them.
