The answer is simple: because Black Lives do not matter in this system. The movement was quickly usurped by the ruling elites and they made sure that nothing will be done, except meaningless and provocateurs' organized pogroms. Neither Black nor Brown nor Asian lives matter nothing to those who live off orchestrating chaos and destabilization.
