Palestine does not have any government for the Dahya doctrine to be implemented. What Zionists are doing in Gaza, West Bank and Palestinian Israeli citizens (such as Bedouins) is not Dahya Doctrine (which is in place in Lebanon and Syria) but plain and simple extermination of the population in order to make it "a land without people" and besettle it with Jews.
