Israeli policy of Hafrada (separation) is precisely apartheid in English. There is an apartheid wall. "Non-Jews not allowed" roads, places, schools, towns. Jewish-only settlements. The Basic Law of Israel clearly does not give non-Jews the same rights, Jews are subjects to a civil court, non-Jews to a military court. IDF (the army) does not have indigenous non-Jews in it. Mixed marriages between Jews and non-Jews are not officially recognized as legal and people must travel abroad, to get married. This is apartheid.
