Brilliant, Avigail. The point about settler colonialism. When Zionist project started in the 19th, colonialism and population replacement was "cool" and it was called "international law". Theodor Herzl: “ Our first object is, as I said before, supremacy, assured to us by international law, over a portion of the globe sufficiently large to satisfy our just requirements.” And of course the "argument" that it is ok to replace Palestinians with imported Jews because Palestinians are backward and savage.
As the British proverb goes: "First give a dog a bad name, then you can hang it".
How can "Jewish people" build their safety on separation from non Jews like in a zoo, and on removal of previous inhabitants from the land to free it for themselves?
No other minority race, fake or real, is trying to fix racism by removal of the oppressed minority from sight.
What kind of "Jewish people" are they, who seek to fix their inequality, however imagined, by segregation and oppression of another people?
