Both points are not correct. The UN had no authority to "establish" or "recognize" Israel. What Zionists did, they used this non-biding resolution to create a false narrative that they are now "recognized". The second point you mention follows from the first point, and like I said, the first point never happened, so it makes the second point obsolete. Please read the embedded articles.
